Everyone reaches points where they get stuck in some way, shape, or form. Sometimes we know and understand why we get stuck, other times...not so much. Regardless, I am here to help people get unstuck. My approach to therapy is to respect your knowledge of yourself and your own life and to help provide the tools, knowledge, and skills that can help with your specific problems. My role is not like that of a guru, master, or even a medical doctor. I am here to help more as a coach to get you to make change in your own life. Sometimes this means trying to make big changes, but a lot of times it just means making the smallest change possible so that you can get unstuck
